The Floral Arrangements were created for the former Baltimore Ravens Wide Receiver and future Hall of Famer, Steve Smith Sr.’s Retirement Party held on The arrangements were on display for all to gaze at the Roaring 1920’s Themed Party. The original designs were hand-crafted by owner, Tia Latrell and Manager/Floral Artist, Cynthia Hudson-Laney.
